Well it has been 5 long months since I posted. I'm glad to say that my heart is doing good and ticking along like it is supposed to. I also met a woman, a very special woman. One that I want to take with me on my grand adventure. She is my friend, my lover, my soul mate, and my partner in crime. She is sweet, funny, beautiful, smart, and looks totally hot in a bikini :) and she is willing to sail off with me, come what may. People.... she is the one I want to spend the rest of my days with
We,(that sounds so much better that I), have started looking at sailboat for sale ads and seriously started deciding what we want and don't want in a boat. When it warms up some we are going to take some sailing courses at Lake Lanier. We are going to try to set a departure date of 5 years, maybe a little sooner or maybe a little later. We'll see.
We are planning on taking the cruiser out to the lake and staying on it for the weekend. Lisa has never slept on a boat before so this will be a real treat for her. She is looking forward to it.
Cmon man... where's the update? :) If I'm doing my math right, you wrote this last entry in 2011 .. today it 6/10/2019 .. so that's about 7 or 8 years later. You drew a line in the sand for 5 years. Where are you now? Did you get to Lanier? Did you take sailing lessons? Did you buy that boat? Did you marry the girl?
